Position Overview:
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall management of the store, leading the team to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain the brand's standard of excellence. They will be a key figure in store operations, team leadership, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, coordinating with the supply chain team as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

Leadership & Team Development:

• Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver impeccable customer service.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Address any staff-related concerns, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Collaborate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and any disciplinary processes.

Sales & Customer Service:

• Develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Financial Management:

• Manage the store's budget, expenditures, and profitability metrics.
• Analyze sales and financial reports, making decisions to optimize the store's performance.

Marketing & Events:

• Collaborate with the marketing team on in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Engage with the local community to build brand awareness and loyalty.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in men's fashion or luxury goods.
• Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite.
