Refund Policy

Please note that Bogart Man does not offer any cash refunds on goods purchased. We do however, offer exchanges in the form of a voucher for the equivalent amount and within 14 days of purchase.  

Please make sure to keep your receipt and items to be in original condition.

Black Friday

No Refunds, no exchanges on Black Friday Purchases. All purchases are final. Please ensure to double check your order.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a voucher exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards or coupon discounted items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Exchanges

We only replace goods if they are factory defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bogart.co.za and send your item to:

Our customer care consultant will assist you in the exchange of your item, either by replacing the same item or give you a voucher with the same equivalent of the transaction.

Shipping

To return your product, you should courier your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
